What makes a system or process work automatically. For example, robotic process automation can be programmed to perform high-volume, repetitive tasks that humans normally perform.
Artificial intelligence in computer vision
The science of letting computers see. This technology captures and analyzes visual information using a camera, analog-to-digital conversion, and digital signal processing. It is often compared to human sight, but machine vision is not limited by biology and can be programmed to see through walls, for example. It is used in a wide range of applications, from signature identification to medical image analysis. Machine vision, which focuses on machine-based image processing, is often conflated with machine vision.
Artificial intelligence in natural language processing
The processing of human and non-computer language by means of a computer program. One of the oldest and most well-known examples of human language processing is spam detection, which analyzes the subject line and text of an email and decides if it is spam. Current approaches to human language processing are based on machine learning.
Artificial intelligence in robotics
An engineering field focused on the design and manufacture of robots. Robots are often used to perform tasks that are difficult for humans to perform or perform consistently. They are used on assembly lines for car production or by NASA to move large objects in space. The researchers are also using machine learning to build robots that can interact in social settings.
Artificial intelligence in self-driving cars
They use a combination of machine vision, image recognition and deep learning to develop automated skills to steer a vehicle while staying in a given lane and avoiding unexpected obstructions such as pedestrians.
